So easy to make, and a great way to get a good source of fiber, protein, and manganese.
Healthy Cookie Dough
Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and pat dry
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon honey
Optional: Add 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
